This notification is to make you aware that as of immediate effect, the KPM factory are unable to accept any further orders for the ‘270’ and ‘325’ Staffa Motors with the S04 valve housing.
The ‘S04’ valve housings have been removed from the KPM datasheets, and since that time, volumes have continued to move to the newer, more versatile and more cost-effective ‘F’ ‘FM’ ‘SM’ and ‘SFM’ valve housings.
The current supplier of the ‘S04’ valve housing castings has recently ceased trading, and this fact, combined with low annual volumes for the S04 valve housing has meant that the decision was to not invest in more tooling for this part.
There is no direct replacement for the S04 valve housing, so demand will have to be satisfied using an alternative valve housing from the range. This is turn will require an alternative valve block / pipe routing/or flange connection.
